villa has a total living area of 422 sq.m. built on a
hilly land with the size ranging from 700 to 1000 sq.m.
Spacious, elegant and unpretentious in their
architectural design, it provides commanding views of
Kan Tiang bay and the surrounding lush tropical forest.

imposing villa faces the bay; the three bedrooms are
equipped with either, king size bed or twin beds and
decorated in contemporary Thai style. All have large
bathroom and includes double vanity basins, walk-in
shower equipped with rain-shower, and a large bathtub
set behind a window panel overlooking the bay and the
garden. The bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning
and ceiling fan and all three features 25" TV set
and a CD/DVD player.

outside onto a spacious sundeck and plunge into your
refreshing 13 x 4 meters infinity-edge private pool.

- Across
the sundeck is your living room also equipped with a
29" TV set and a CD/DVD player. The living room is
furnished with a large sofa that can be turned into a
bed should you have visiting friend during your stay; a
fourth small bathroom has been added so to preserve
privacy of your visiting friend.

a kitchen equipped with oven, heating plaque, fridge,
coffee filter machine and cooking utensils is there at
your disposal should you decide to throw a dinner party!
