Pimalai's
PADI Dive Center
A small boutique dive center
situated with in the Pimalai Resort & Spa on the edge of
a lush tropical rain forest on Ba Kantiang beach. We welcome
guests from all resorts, and are the only dive center on Koh
Lanta to operate dive trips direct from the south of the
island, so you are only a short trip away from the best and
most remote dive sites in Thailand.
The dive center was
established in December 2002 with one simple mission, to
give all of our guests a truly great diving experience both
above and below the water...
We would provide a personal level of service, typically
taking 6 to 8 divers accompanied by 2 or 3 German, English
or Scandinavian instructors/dive guides on dive trips and
conducting courses on a ratio of 1 instructor to 1 or 2
students.
We offer daily dive tours,
special trips and night dives from October to May (weather
permitting). Our new 20 meter boat is the most modern and
luxurious dive boat operating in Andaman waters, providing a
stable platform, furnished air conditioned saloons and sun
decks. You will find our dive staff and well trained boat
crew helpful, friendly and professional, they will look
after your individual needs, and safety. So no stress, no
crowds, you just relax and enjoy the diving.
Or you could experience
diving for the first time with our discover scuba program or
become a certified diver in only two days! A comprehensive
range of PADI diver training and specialty courses are
available, from beginner to Dive Master. With Pimalai Divers
you learn to dive in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, we
utilize the latest PADI multimedia learning resources, and
conduct our training sessions in the swimming pool, so you
can prepare in comfort before your first open water
experience.
