• Guaranteed reservation : Confirmed reservations normally require a credit card guarantee or deposit. This will hold your room all night in case of late arrival. - Advance reservations are recommended as there is a high demand for many of our member hotels. 

• Payment : Apart from bookings made through a travel agency, the payment of your stay will made directly at the hotel, at check-out - However, some of our member properties require  full prepayment before arrival (see the booking policy for each property).

• Cancellation policy : Cancellations must be received prior to the local time and date outlined in the Terms and Conditions of your reservation.
