Booking & Cancellation policy

 
Booking policy:
We ask for credit card details from client that we'll use to charge in case of no show up:
- 30% of the total stay if it is for more than three nights

- price of one night if the stay is max. three nights.

 
Cancellation policy:
The reservation could be cancelled till 20 days before the arrival date, if not, so less that 20 days or in case of no show as above.
