Perivolas Gourmet Restaurant

The restaurant once an aged-old wine cellar, serves from midday until late evening Mediterranean cuisine combining the best local and Greek flavors with international flair. Great emphasis is given to the choice of local ingredients, which vary with the seasons.

The poolside terrace offers the perfect place for experiencing the world-renowned Oia sunset relaxing with a cocktail and a plate of mezedes, the small Greek delicacies that traditionally accompany aperitifs.

Later on, in the candle-lit bar which opens on to the pool terrace, linger over a glass of wine from the extensive but carefully selected list, including wines produces in local wineries.

By the pool, in the café, or on the private terraces one can enjoy the buffet breakfast which offers freshly baked homemade bread, apple pie, cookies and homemade preserves, along with seasonal fresh fruits and fruit juices.
